District Logos

The City of Corsicana contains 10 districts within the city. Each district is branded in a consistent manner with the official city branding guidelines. The district name is in PMS 2767 C (Blue) while “Corsicana” is in PMS 1807 C (Red).





 District Logos - Messaging

District messaging is a complement to the overarching messages provided to the city concerning its reinvigorated mission, vision and industry positioning statements.




Carriage District
Both residents and visitors are transported to a different time when driving through the neighborhoods of the county’s most treasured homes. Mills Place features homes designed by noted architect – and personal designer of Eleanor Roosevelt – David R. Williams. With roots as Texas’ first oil boom town, Corsicana’s Carriage District offers a link to the past. These areas from the turn of the century reflect a simpler time, inspire neighbors to take pride in their homes and represent the city’s interest in connecting to the past and renovating for the future.



Sports and Recreation District
Combining the recreation of a variety of sports, including football, basketball, tennis and rodeo, the Sports and Recreation District offers a designated area residents and visitors can enjoy and use for leisure, sport and family gatherings. As an asset to residents and visitors for miles around, the Sports and Recreation District offers a central location for playoff sports, tournaments and entertainment for the whole family.



The Lakes (of Navarro County)
With five lakes within a few miles of Corsicana, including Richland Chambers – the third largest in the state, both residents and visitors can enjoy and take full advantage of the award-winning shoreline, great outdoors activities and a relaxed way of life. The Lakes also offer a developing community for part-time residents and retirees as well, featuring shops, dining, fishing and outdoor recreation. and a source for new customers to shop, eat and do business with companies across the state.



Corsicana Crossing

Arts District
Corsicana has an arts district that rivals cities twice its size. Corsicana’s Arts District is comprised of the restored Vaudeville Palace Theater and the classic Warehouse Theatre & Gallery and embraces education of its youth through the Navarro Council of the Arts.
