   How do I edit my member information?

If you are a Chamber Member you may login to your account at any time and edit your information. If you do not have a login and password contact the chamber and we will be happy to set you up with one.

   I forgot my username and/or password for logging on to the Members Area. Can you help me?

If you have an email address on file with your listing (check your listing in the Members Directory if you are unsure), you can obtain your username and password through the website. Go to the Member Login page, use the "I forgot my password" link, and follow the instructions on that page. If you do not have an email address on file, please contact the Chamber so we can set you up with a new username and password.

   How do I list an event on your calendar?

The Events Calendar is open to everyone in the community. If you would like to add an event to our calendar, please go to the Events Calendar page and look for the link to the "Submit Event" form at the bottom of the page. If you don't want to use this form you may also contact the Chamber to have an event added to the Calendar. Events submitted through the website form are subject to approval by Chamber staff. We reserve the right to prevent inappropriate content from being published.

   Why is it that some sections of the website have incomplete or no content?

The new website was developed from scratch, with a changed concept and many additional sections. During the first weeks after the new website went online, more content will be added and those empty sections will be filled. We apologize if it one of these sections where you were looking for information. You may contact us by email or phone to have your question answered.

   I came across something on the website that looked like an error. To whom can I report the problem?

With the website being an entirely new development, errors are possible. If you find one, we would greatly appreciate it if you notify us of the problem with as much detail as possible. If there was an error message, it would be most helpful if you could copy and paste the error message into an email and send it to us, or you may use our contact form. We will notify our website consultant immediately so he can evaluate and fix the problem.

   I have an idea how this website can be improved/I have a suggestion for a new section to be added. To whom can I send my ideas?

We greatly appreciate any feedback related to our new website. Please do contact the Chamber with your ideas and suggestions.

   When I print from your web site all I receive is text. Why?

Our web site is equipped with a printer friendly style sheet. This style sheet ensures that any page on our site is printed as text only with the exception of images contained within the text, and the Chamber logo at the top. It excludes printing excessive graphics and irrelevant data, like main and sub navigation, saving you printer ink and time.

   There once was an online message forum - is it going to be reopened?

At this time the message board remains closed. In times with steadily increasing amounts of spam, it takes significant time to keep an online forum as clean and neat as we would like it to be. Currently the Chamber does not employ a full-time webmaster.
