When you meet Cheryl Blanton, you can't help but notice her energetic and welcoming personality.  Cheryl strives to make the entire home buying and selling experience productive and enjoyable.  Whether her clients are first time buyers or seasoned investors, she works diligently to meet their needs and exceed their expectations!  With over 10 years in real estate Cheryl represents single family, multifamily, farm and ranch, improved acreage, and commercial properties all over north central Texas. 

Cheryl's move to @properties Dallas was an easy decision.  Long-time friend and CEO/Principal, Jerry Mooty is responsible for the entry of @properties to the Texas market.  Using the technology driven platform is destined to shake up the real estate market and Cheryl recognizes the opportunities that lie ahead.
