Patricia Dodds

I have been employed with Instaff for 4 years. I started as an onsite Supervisor in Ennis at Sterilite. I then moved to a client as Onsite Manager in Dallas then was promoted to Branch Manager in Corsicana and Dallas. Although staffing is a difficult business it is so rewarding to give someone the power to enable themselves to feed their families, pay their bills, have homes, whatever they want. Live life to the fullest. It makes people happy. When we give people the tools to grow and to thrive it is an amazing feeling.
